There was no apparent cooling in the second bedroom nor the sitting room which made sleeping less comfortable. Our bath had a noticeable scum around the sides and clearly had not been cleaned well enough. For that reason we never used the bath. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. Plenty of parking.

The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!

Our stay at the Lodge was short. I wished it was longer. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were amazing. We had dinner in the dining room. It was delicious. Service was good. Wine was a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our stay. We had choices of continental or hot menu. Before and after our stay I messaged the hotel and they were prompt in answering my questions.

Superb location with breathtaking views. Excellent rooms. Breakfast was delicious. But the crown in their jewel was the staff, professional, curtious and attentive. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough.

Very comfortable hotel, with rooms facing the Loch, and watching the sunrise from the room is pretty special. The village of Luss is also a great attraction and really friendly with hiking trails and great dining options.
