I choose this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend and stay here again. Check-in was a little unusual but easy. The clerk was checking in another guest and when we walked in we were greeted by a virtual receptionist. He checked us in and provided all the property details as if he was on location. In the lobby there is a large tv showing all the security cameras and must say every inch of the property was being filmed. Made me feel extremely safe. The property is located on 101, which can be loud. We asked for a room in the back and it was extremely quiet. I would recommend and stay here again.

Great deal for the price. Larger clean rooms, blackout curtains, charger near beds. We had kayaks, and felt they were safe in the parking lot. Breakfast was packaged saturated fat.

Check in with a remote human worker in a Kiosk in the lobby is just weird, when other staff is standing right there. Empower your desk managers💕 and make the lobby more inviting by evicting the Kiosk

Did not like the computer check in with virtual assistant. Did not feel personal, comfortable or inviting. My card information was stolen after using the virtual assistant so now I’m dealing with a headache. Only positive note was the actual human in the lobby was so nice and I would have rather worked with him but felt pressured into using the giant screen when you walk in because the virtual assistant tells you to walk up.
