“WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY!!!”
The ONLY issue I had with the hotel was the comfort of the bed--I like a firm mattress. My husband slept fine, however, and the staff truly did try to work this out for me but the place was booked solid. We felt very special and well treated--we booked a one bedroom and was upgraded (without request!) to a two-bedroom. It was fabulous for us with our grown son, he ended up with his own room and bath. My daughter came to visit the day after we checked out (we had a very late flight) and for what she paid for a very mundane and run of the mill room, we feel that our deluxe apartment--RIGHT IN GHIRARDELLI SQUARE!!!-- was a bargain. I highly recommend this for ANYONE who wants relaxing stay in SF.

We stayed here while visiting friends in San Francisco and celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. This place was just perfect. It was modern, yet romantic. The staff was great. I never wanted to leave.

We stayed, me my wife and my daughters (21 and 19 years old) in a 2 bedroom apartment. Very, very nice. Location, view and confort. Tha breakfest was also very good. Parking is a little expensive
“"Best Vacation I ever had in my life"”
Overall, San Francisco was fun and amazing city. We went to Union Square and discover many homeless in one area, and we found millions of sea birds at the piers. San Francisco had perfect weather, and we really enjoyed to walk around the bay under the gorgeous sun. Hotel service was great, and people were nice. I felt like I was welcomed by lots of people in hotel, so I was really happy. Foods were top-notch, and I really loved it!

This is one of the best hotel stays in my life, hands down. The rooms are beautiful, in a great location, with top-notch service.

The service was so good during our stay in Oct 2010. The rooms were so clean and detail orientated with slippers, robes and even popcorn for the movies available to watch during your stay. That makes it a great place to stay with kids not to mention the fully catered kitchen ready to cook up a treat if you so desire. Loved the seperate bathrooms for each master bedroom and the Plasma in each room is a real treat. Had a spa while we stayed there and that was magic, loved the bathrooms so much took pictures for future ref. Overall a great place to stay, everything is brand new and the service is awsome. Even with our late arrival at nearly midnight, our check in was delightful. Ten out of ten!
“Best hotel and great location!!!”
The service was outstanding. They were there to help with anything you need. Location can't get any better with only a couple minute walk to the trolley and pier. The beds were outstanding. Would definitely stay there again. To me, it was worth the price.
“Family luxury”
This hotel was great for a family of 5. The 2-room apartment had lots of space, it was very luxurious and well appointed, and the kitchen was convenient. Service was great.
“Wonderful SF Hotel”
Loved this hotel! Our "room" was a two bedroom unit complete with kitchen, dining area and an upstairs bedroom. We even had a working gas fireplace and a gorgeous view of the bay. The kids loved walking to the Ghirardelli cafe for a hot fudge sundae. So special!
