"The staff at this property are a credit to the hotel - the stay was definitely made perfect by their hard work, attention to detail and willingness to try to make anything happen for you. The Flamingo restaurant was much the same - one night, it was full - but the staff recognised us as Hotel guests, and managed to get us in. "The hotel is very tired, the dinner service is stuck in the 1970s. The reception staff were very helpful as we cancelled 2/3 nights. This is partly because of the poor facilities but mainly because Hotel.com says it us near the beach, when in fact it is 3km up a mountain! "

"Newly renovated and very clean/comfortable. A little confusing to find even with GPS helping us. We were only there one night, but had an excellent meal cooked by Signora Maria. They have a nice bar and offer great drinks in the evening, and coffee with breakfast. The only negative point was the continental breakfast, which was a bit skimpy....mostly read/cake items. We would stay there again, but would consider other options too."
