My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. "The property is centrally located walkable distance to the tourist attractions and dining. Staff were very helpful especially Mr Azim and Ms Sarah Guest Relations Officers. Mr Azim helped us book our tours and provided useful guidances on tours and traveling around the city. Ms Sarah checked on our requirements and comforts. Both were very attentive and professional with very helpful attitude. They made our visit comfortable and enjoyable."
