“nice hotel food a bit lacking in options for such”

Couldnt get into the a la carte menu other restaurants pretty much bar food bit dissapointing for food.

“Disappointing”

The hotel overall was very good. We were however kept awake most of the night as we were able to hear the lift going up and down all night as well as people moving furniture on the ground floor outside. We could also hear the people in the room above us having a bath and flushing the loo. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel will exceed expectations. A minor point but the televisions in the room do not have any freeview channels which was disappointing. I did email the hotel to give them my feedback and I am still waiting on a reply. A disappointing experience for a 5* hotel.
