“Good value for money, clean, friendly staff”

I can't fault this hotel - good value for money, clean spacious rooms, clean bathrooms. We wanted one single large bed and even though we were initially offered a room with 2 single beds, the receptionist gave us another room without any problems. We were able to leave our luggage way past the check out time in reception storage. There's free wifi in reception, but not in rooms. It is located right next to the train station, so it is a bit noisy, but we expected that. Pool was very clean and nice, too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Close to train station”

Ibis Moussafir fes was a great hotel, we only stayed one night, but were very happy with the service we received. It is right next door to the train station as well so is easily accessible.

“A very good hotel”

In general, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The service was good and staff was always very friendly. One of the greatest advantages of this hotel is its location in the heart of New Fes as well as in just a few minutes you will be driven by taxi to Old Fes (Medina). Quite interesting point in Fes is that you can't find any street signs which makes your journey quite difficult when it comes to finding your hotel. But we were lucky enough: the bus which we took in the airport just made a last stop opposite our hotel))) So, this is one more good point which can make you book this hotel when you are going to Fes. Enyoj your stay!!

“Staff with Monkey Business”

If you don't expect much . Ibis is simple and basic hotel near the train station less then 2 min walk ! Pool inside the garden little bit more than my expectation . Unfortunately the services are bad. Simply ask the staff where is the intesesting place to go . They will tell you to go out and get a map !! After you get your map from the rip - off newspaper stall ( cost 30 dh) .......and ask the staff again where is the location . He will tell you just take a taxi to the old Town ( Medina ) ........anyway , overall for morroco travel sucks .

“GREAT HOTEL, VERY BAD ADMINISTRATION”

EXCELLENT LOCATION IF YOU ARRIVE TO FEZ BY TRAIN (RIGHT OUTSIDE THE STATION) BUT EVEN IF YOU WOULD EXPECT A GREAT TREATMENT FOR A HOTEL CHAIN LIKE THIS, IT WAS THE OTHER WAY AROUND, EVEN THOUGH THE HOTEL AND THE LOCATION ITS VERY GOOD, DONT MIND THOSE LOSERS AND STAY THERE!!
