“Made that my main hotel!”
Great customer service, always friendly when you walk in, and always stay there every time I'm in town. I stay there because of the service, rooms, and of course one of the best price's
“Great value & service!”
One of the few hotels in Flagstaff to offer free airport shuttle. Extremely helpful & friendly front desk personnel which made check in painless. Very nice, very clean & comfortable room. One of the best values in Flagstaff. Plenty of shopping & restaraunts close by.
“Central location with indoor pool”
We chose this hotel for its indoor pool/spa, free internet, and refrigerator and microwave in the room. As a traveling family, these are our key issues! The pool was clean and warm, which was great during the snowstorm we experienced. The room was basically clean, although the bathroom had been repaired in a somewhat sloppy manner, making it look messier than it was. Beds were comfy, it was quiet, and the location couldn't be beat. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do, including grocery stores (for microwave food) and highways to attractions.
“Good for the price”
You could tell they were doing renovations. For the price this hotel wasn't bad. The only thing bad was when you are in the shower, you have to keep changing the temp. when other people flush the toilet or are in the shower or you will either freeze or burn.
“Good enough for the price paid”
The Super 8 affiliation gives a little piece of mind in the sometimes scary budget hotel range. Very nice staff. Breakfast kind of an afterthought, don't expect much. For the off-season rate paid while touring national parks, it worked out just fine for me. It beat the heck out of tent camping with the temps. getting below 20 degrees at night! The Super 8 on the other side of town was a bit nicer and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the railroad tracks. All in all both places were a good value given the cheap rates. While I had no problems here, the biggest risk with budget hotels in general can be the quality of your neighbors. Luckily the hotel was so empty I had no neighbors above or on either side!
“Not fancy, but perfectly adequate.”
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The hotel provides free coffee, but if you're looking for Starbucks, there's a Barnes & Noble Cafe right next door. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Flagstaff and I-40.
“Family friendly for a stop over”
Not fancy but a family friendly place to spend a night.
“4 days in Flagstaff”
Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. We would stay there again.
“Get what you pay for”
My buddies and I were taking a SoutWest/West Coast road trip and were looking for cheap places to stay so we knew what to expect. There was wireless internet available which was a definite bonus. Room was comfortable and the small but free breakfast was a welcome benifit.
“Last Resort”
Hotels are really expensive in Flagstaff. This Super 8 is the same price as an upscale hotel in many other cities. I hated this place and hope to not have to stay here again, only as a last resort.
