“Nicely surprised”
Ths was the only hotel we could easily find near an airport in Italy! You can actually see it from the freeway coming into town. The parking in the garage was very secure. The food in the morning was great. The shuttle took us to a perfect drop-off and pick-up location near all the sights in Florence. I sent a ton of e-mails from here, Not wanting to park a car in the city, this was a perfect location, quiet and comfortable! It was clean and everyone was very helpful!

“Great Hotel Near Airport”
This hotel offered great service. The desk personel were helpful and spoke excellent English. Though the hotel is a little far from Florence city center, they offered a free shuttle bus that goes to and from the city center every hour. They let me check in to the room early and scheduled an early cab for me to make my early morning flight. The room was clean and comfortable with above average amenities for the price. I would definitly stay here again.
“A pretty nice hotel”
Stayed here one night because of early flight the next morning and wanted to be near the airport. Hotel was nice, although food choices were limited and expensive. Worst surprise was the taxi fare getting to the airport during early morning hours. The hotel is not as near to the airport as I assumed (from the name) and my taxi fare was over 25 Euros.

Clean, modern and the staff were very accomodating. Recommend it if you need to stay near the Florence airport.
“Convenient for the airport”
The hotel is located near enough to the airport but 20-30 mins depending on traffic from the city centre. The local bus route is within walking distance offering a regular service into the centre (1.2 euro per journey per passenger). From the railway station in Florence a taxi cost around 25 euro's. The buffet breakfast is excellent offering plenty of choice having said that don't expect a full english. The evening menu is limited, uninspiring and offers small portions... eat out is my recommendation... The rooms were clean & comfortable but a bit cramped if you have more than two staying, reminded me of a travel lodge room. Overall the hotel gave me good value for my money... but in hindsight we would have liked to have been abit closer to the city centre and that's not the hotels fault.

“Ok Novotel”
Room was very clean, and breakfast buffet excellent. There was also a pool, which doesn´t show on photos. Free shuttle bus to downtown or aeroport helped a lot. Staff was mainly friendly, so nothing bad at all to say.
“Clean and neat, and near the airport”
I was only a guest in the hotel for 7 hours (from 10pm one evening til 5:30am the following morning), but my stay was pleasant. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely clean. All in all, it was just what I was looking for for a quick overnight stay. My one minor complaint is that the website boasted a shuttle to and from the airport, but did not state that it only runs between 8am and 7pm. I specifically picked the hotel to save on taxi fares to and from the airport and train station. I was really disappointed to learn the the shuttle didn't run at any of the times I needed it. But that was likely my own mistake - I should have followed up before making the reservation. In any case, I was generally pleased with my experience.
“Close to Amerigo Vespucci airport”
My wife and I stayed here on our last night in Italy after a three-week stay. We found it very convenient to the Florence airport. It was easy to find and the next morning was only a five-minute drive to the airport. After our arrival at the hotel we wanted to go to the center of Florence, but the hotel's shuttle wasn't available. So we purchased bus tickets and walked to the closet bus stop, which was about a ten minute walk. We were able to book the return shuttle, which left from the train station at 6:30. Our room was very basic, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant has very good food, somewhat overpriced, and the service was good. This hotel met our needs very well for our last night in Florence.
