"Don't stay here, both rooms were unacceptable. The reviews I read were mostly favorable so I'm now assuming they were fabricated. Non black out curtains covered the poorly installed window air conditioner-tape used on the AC window openings... & mosquitos entered thru the AC sides all night. Pills on the bed sheets-dingy & stained towels-shower curtain needs replacing-no bedside electrical out in one room and only one working light-Roku TVs w/poor internet reception-no electrical outlet in one bthrm, rusty shower curtain rod-second lock did not work in one room-bath & vanity shower fixtures were loose-room adjoining the office was being renovated so we had to set over and around a trailer, power tools, strips of wood with exposed nails, extension cords etc....to access the office. The staff tried to be accommodating & said they'd give us a better room for the second night we had booked, we left after one night. Hubby said there was no cream cheese for the bagels. Bkfst 8-10 am. Chatting w/a departing guest who said they ran out of hot water. I will be contacting Hotels.com for a refund for the second night. The required door sign on the room door said "Knight Inn", guess that explains alot?"
