“... low rates & HUGE rooms!”
This a great hotel! The room are massive, service brilliant & good rates too! ... puts the 'chains' to shame!
“Extremely Nice Local Hotel Chain”
Once again the Piccadilly Inn provided another excellent stay. I have stayed at a Piccadilly Inn numerous times (at the hotels other facilities as well) and I have always found the service, rooms and staff excellent. For the price paid, it is a great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price! Good location by Cal State Fresno, with a hot breakfast, why go anywhere else?

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Great location next to Marie Calendars, Jamba Juice and right down the street from Fresno State where we needed to go.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting CSU Fresno on business. It has always been great. Excellent amenities. Huge, comfortable rooms. Helpful and courteous professional staff; clean, well-maintained. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

“Great location for University visitors”
I stayed here for business travel to Fresno State University. The free airport shuttle allowed me to avoind renting a car, as it is walking distance from both the universuity and a number of restaurants. The room was huge with nice high ceilings, and a view of the pleasant courtyard poool. Breakfast included the standard continental offerings as well as some hot food too. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I'd say the only downside was that the selection of TV channels was kind of limited (No MTV?).
