“Hotel combines standart of Hyatt, Hilton, The Four Seasons!”
Absolutely excellent hotel with great facilities. Spanish staff with good English knowledge. Fantastic buffet breakfast and great value.

I read some of the reviews made by other people that had stayed in the hotel and majority of them were overall very postive. I was not disappointed the hotel was clean the staff were friendly, helpful and I thought they definately made the hotel experience a great one.
“Very impressed - great hotel”
The hotel was very nice, I would reccommend it. The location was great for us ( a couple) a supermarket on your door step, as well as many pubs and restaurants a short walk away and the beach at the back of the hotel. The pool was very nice and plenty of sunbeds available. We did not go AI which is available at the hotel but had the breakfast included which had a great selection of food. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel.
“Nice new hotel but not perfect....”
Spent a week at the Elba Carlota and overall was impressed. Mostly spanish holidaymakers which is good if you want to practice your spanish as I did. Excellent food and buffets. No room service available and you have to pay an extra rental for your minibar and safe. No internet facilities which was frustrating. Staff very friendly and helpful but the old adage of manana manana is prevelent. I thought the hotel was understaffed but overall I would recommend a visit.
“great for a quiet break”
Bar service is still slow, as is check in, but apart from that it was great. Two great pools, one always really warm, plenty of sunbeds, lovely views, and a breakfast buffet with everything you could want. Yes, you can get a full English! Noy a lot to do in the vicinity, but a regular free bus into Caleta de Fuste with plenty of bars and eating places.
“Nice hotel,but nothing going on nearby”
The Carlota is part of a complex of hotels, a few shops and of course the golf courses. The are also some very nice man made beaches. If your holiday requirements would be met by these facilities then the Carlota would be a good choice. If however you want something more than golf or a beach, and in particular you want the choice to eat somewhere other than the hotel restaurant then you're probably better looking elsewhere.
