새 시설인데다 청소 성태가 무척 양호합니다. 하카타역, 기온역 모두 도보로 가까워 여행 거점으로 좋습니다. 맞은편이 주택 사무실이어서 커튼을 열기 부담스러운 부분이 있지만, 가성비 갑입니다.
