It was a little run down compared to other hotels in Japan and was dark in the halls. It was nice however to have a washing machine in the room as this was near the end of our trip.

Everything was good except the WIFI. One of the reception ladies at night shift on 3/15 was not helpful, and rude. I asked her a few questions on restaurant reservation and she was unwilling to answer or talked bluntly and with a black face. The lady helped me to check in early morning on 3/14 was cheerful and pleasant,

Ever since the closing of ‘The B’ in Tenjin, I decided to try the Tokyu Stay because of its vicinity and this hotel has now become the main hotel because of its convenient location, the ample size of room and the quiet sleep that can be had on the rear side of the property.

The room is big, and cozy. We particularly like the restaurant for breakfast, it’s very good. We also went there for dinner. The food were excellent.

Our stay was great – loved how close it was to shopping and dining areas! Also loved how spacious and clean our room was. Service was great, and there are complimentary refreshments and toiletries at the lobby.

Hotel is located near a subway station and it is very clean. There are many dining options and shopping around the area. My room comes with a washing machine so it was very handy for a longer stay. Customer service was also great and staff had no issue with simple English communication. Will definitely stay again.

spacious, especially good to accommodate 3 people, enough room to put luggage. A washing machine in room instead of sharing with others in common area is the best thing. Happy with my decision here.

텐진미나미역하고도 가깝고 주변에 식당도 많고 편의점도 가까이 있어서 편리하네요. 버스정류장도 바로 앞이라 이동하는데 불편한점 없고 객실도 괜찮았습니다.(3인실)

The hotel is fine, and conveniently located. Overall, it is still good value for the price, but it would be nice if know that it is not a full service hotel at the time of booking, which means that: - 1. Housekeeping - limited in the sense that hotel will only provide towels and tissue paper on daily basis. No bed making, no cleaning of the room unless you stay at the hotel for more than or 7 nights. 2. No concierge services - the hotel staff cannot help with any restaurant bookings according to the rules of the hotel. While they can rent us phone, they cannot speak in Japanese to make a reservation other than taxi.

Comfortable and great location
Smack center of prosperous and fun neighborhood with lots of eating options. Bus transportation also very easy, though airport subway is a bit of walk. Clean and quiet hotel. Spacious room compared to typical Japanese hotel.

I had to change hotels during my trip in Fukuoka and I have to say that Tokyo Stay Fukuoka Tenjin was the best hotel I experienced. It is very clean, thoughtfully designed and rooms were spacious and very quiet with comfy beds. The neighbourhood is extremely walkable as well! Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly and helpful during the check-in, however they were not so helpful for the cleanliness for the room !! Bc of covid we got some take out food and bring to the hotel all the trash didn't fit the trash can so we leave ot next to it but when we came back the trash thats was besides the trash can was still there, the glasses were not changed, dirty towels were not taken but clean one were left inside the bathroom and found some hair over the bed sheet !!

My girl friends and I stayed for 6 nights. I stayed in a single room. The room is fairly good size, bed is very comfortable, and the washer / dryer is very convenient. This is a fairly new hotel and thus everything is very new, clean, and modern. It is also close to the underground shopping street and the Tenjin shopping area, lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a water kettle in the room. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean & well maintain environment. Bigger in size than other Japanese hotel. Have a washing 7 drying machine in room & they even provide with free laundry detergent in the lobby.
