Beach is right across the street so, that was great! However, if you have kids and a wagon loaded with beach stuff, it’s not an easy task getting it down the stairs..there is no ramp…hotel is clean overall, staff was super friendly and accommodating! For a quiet room with excellent darkening of the window, this was perfect for us. We enjoyed the balcony facing the ocean. They use a darken screen instead of drapes, and it made the window completely void of light which we really like. Breakfast was extensive and great staff.
