Large and unique complex of condos, yet plenty of privacy and a short walk to the hub of Gatlinburg. Our accomodations were perfect for two and perfectly integrated with the beauty of the mountains. Check-in was a bit clumsy and the new property management firm and Expedia need more time to develop communications. Will certainly return!

Second time for us, great location, lots of things to do within walking distance, room was nice, clean, no complaints, if there was any complaint, it would be about the pool, they closed it for resurfacing, mid vacation, a little heads up would have been nice, other than that, we will be back, thanks for the memories, until next time, thank you

Room is need of refresh, but location and rooms were nice size and wrap around deck with 6 chairs and table was used. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice. In room hot tub was powerful, and large master bath size was great. Parking is tight but covered. Did not like new owners time share push, but I don't want a part of. Not sure what might to rent here again with time share push. But this stay was OK.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe. Loved that it was huge with 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. It also had a stream behind it, which was really peaceful. The location is also perfect, walking distance to everything in downtown gatlinburg. The downside was that it's very outdated and not very clean, especially the bathroom. And I wouldnt even sit on the couches. The outdoor pool was closed (and tiny), elevator not working, and the fitness center was 3 machines from 1970's. Plus, parking area is awful. It's underground, but there are concrete beams everywhere making it quite difficult to park. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make some changes.

Though a little dated, the unit was clean, well stocked with everything that we needed for an 4 day stay, and spacious. Plenty of fluffy pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The elevators could use a good cleaning but other than that our stay was great. Resort was situated close to the #8 light(near Sky Park), so walking to the strip is a short walk. This will definitely be my go to accommodation when returning to Gatlinburg.

Property location was great, room was clean and very spacious, only cons were the tvs were a bit dated but that wasn’t a major issue and the parking was very cramped. If you have a bigger vehicle be mindful that the spots are very compact
