“Older Condo but great location!”
We checked in after hours and our key was in the drop box as expected. The room was older, but we knew that when we reserved it. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but we got a great price for the weekend, so we got what we expected. Great Location! There is no parking anywhere on the strip so location is key!
“Enjoyed our stay”
The location and price was excellent. We were able to walk to the main street in only a few minutes and there wasn't a steep climb back. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The fireplace in the room didn't work because the timer clock was missing. My husband reported this to the desk clerk and it was fixed the next day. Also, the bedrooms TV remotes didn't have any batteries. We had to change channels the old fashion way, up and down. Next time in Gatlinburg, we will stay again.

It was a great stay, Would like to see a new sleeper sofa other than that it was perfect and we will stay again soon. Thanks

we have stayed here before and enjoy the balcony view and location. Our plans are to stay here again. The room was just what we wanted and needed. Clean and for the most part quiet.
“Great room for the price”
I was a little nervous after reading a few bad reviews but our room was very pleasant. The bed had a 3 inch foam on it which made it very comfortable. The floors were clean. I liked the looks of the gas fireplace even though it gave very little heat. This place is in a great location.
“Make sure you ask for room 702 or 408 if you stay”
The room was musty smelling and was very dated and dirty. The bed had hair on the sheets. We had no towels and did not realize this until after the staff had left for the day. We also foiund dirty clothes in the drawers. We immediately called the emergency number left on the hotel door and a very nice lady came and offerred us another room. This room was much nicer but the bed is so uncomfortable. Will not stay here again. The price for this condo is way more than anyone should pay for the accomodations.
“Great Deal”
For the price of the room, I was happy with the stay.
“Condo”
The condo building was good, but the company that rents out the rooms is horrible. We were sent all the way up the mountain to a house where the keys we were given did not fit. Good thing no one was home or we could have been shot. Ends up the keys were for a room in the condos. The decorations were horrible and family pictures were on the wall. The jets in the tub were filthy along with the dishes in the kitchen! I would definately NOT rent from that company again.
“Terrible”
A complete disappointment from start to finish. First, the hotel was completely nasty - old dirty carpet, furniture and bed linens. The heat barely worked and the floors were freezing. The tub did not drain, the TV reception was terrible. Furniture was broken, in addition to being dirty. There was no effort to clear ice and snow from the parking lot and sidewalks creating very dangerous conditions. Please pass on this terrible establishment.
“Terrible”
There was nothing good about the room. Dirty and falling apart. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Not apologetic about anything.
