Beyond words and thoughts
Check-in and Service staff is swift and efficient. Other than that, all fail beyond words... Arrived midnight, no proper signage to led to hotel lobby (its a Restaurant and Hotel). Given room 202, went up and realized the corridor w/o air-con, hence smell linger. Went into the room, stuffy and smelly, even the free water bottles r warm! Spacious room but it doesn't help with a extremely lousy and loud air-con, which need around 1/2hr to cool the room. Dusty floor, no telephone, 8 local tv channels to choose... Slept and woke up by water droplets hitting on me from air-con. Since no phone, i pack up all my stuff, went down to request room change to 210. Same room conditions w/o water droplets. Its explain why Agoda doesn't have this hotel as recommendation. Hotel.com should follow.

Aircon was not working well in the first 8hours after checking in and the noise was extremely distracting at night. Like other review mentioned the towel was poorly stained with many black marks on it. Booked a shuttle service and cancelled afterward with the receptionist but the taxi driver still appeared on 2nd day, failure in communication. Location is the 15min away from airport but nothing in surrounding.
