Ovwrall it was a great stay! I love the view of the sea. Very calming. The room is big enough. Everything is complete. Just that, there's no towel available upon our arrival, no breakfast provided and no toothbrush set provided which pretty inconvenient for me.

Loved the pool. The apartment was big enough. No problems at check-in. Our car was not ready during our stay there (not their fault), but it was not a very convenient location without a car. Not much within walking distance except a couple of restos, had to take the bus. Ahd the apartment was not well furnished (no plates, no ustencils, just a couple of glasses and cups).

-Good location -clean beach -nice apartment interior -parking a bit hassle everytime want to drive out must go down to frontdesk to wave/validate touch&go card then only can drive out if peak hour takes more than 20min to wait for the lift to come down coz is 37floor apartment only 2 lift to cater whole

Nice big rooms and very clean,staff were courteous and friendly throughout my stay. Was a little disappointed with checkin and the amount of rules and regulation you had to follow whilst staying there.

The receptionist is not friendly during check-in and not information is given. I have to ask everything then only he will tell me. All he does is to ask me to give a deposit and hand over me the room card. After check-in, I found out the fire alarm sensor is keeping beeping then I have to go down with all my luggage to lobby because the phone in the room it wasn't working. After that, they send someone to take it away from the fire alarm sensor. Later on, I found out the TV is not working so that I call them, they told me if I want to watch TV they need to send maintenance guy to key in some code then only I can use TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, Why they did not fix it before I checked in. After the stay, I found the room is not worth the price I paid for. OVER price with poor room amenities and condition, with nothing around. Not recommended this place at all.

Location and the staff. Very helpful. There should be a deep clean at least every month as changeover will not allow the cleaners to do a thorough clean of every corner. The apartment floors appeared clean but when you walk on the tiles ones feet turned black especially when walking on the balcony and the outside utility area. It had not obviously cleaned between stays. The sides of kitchen cupboards where spillages has occurred had not been noticed and wiped up. The edges of the showers could have more attention paid to it as cumulative dirt over time will lower the appeal to clients. Cleaners should not handle Soiled wet linen with bare hands and just place them on the floor outside apartments. They should go straight into linen bins for dirty linen - our group had diarrhoea and vomiting and much of the linen was soiled yet it was handled with bare hands and placed in a pile on the floor. Those same hands will handle other apartments, door handles, lift buttons with a potential to spread the sickness. Hope you take these comments positively. We only wanted to help improve your business standard.

I was a bit worried at first but this place out did all my expectations. It was wonderful....the appartment was huge ...clean..an just everything was perfect. Waking up to the scenery of the ocean an pool daily was just the cherry on the top. Five stars from me 4 Tanjung point

I was welcomed by an Indian female staff on 26/12 at about 3pm. She was awesome and very pleasant. Explained the necessaries. How ever the female Malay staff - think she needs to have better attitude and learn how to smile. We are guest and it’s bcos of us she has a job. I witnessed how to managed a guest checking out - she was rude but guest kept quiet. However, we did ask for a towel as one of our towels had a stain - but we never got it at all. One other thing - pls leave some guide as to how to operate your tv. Other than that - my stay was fantastic. Fantastic vow too if I may add.

Great family holiday
Tanjung Point residences was brand new. We booked 5 units of 3 bedroom apartments and were given them all on 2 floors next to each other. We were very happy with the accomodation. There were 5 families - 28 of us altogether. Positives : Beds super comfy, apartments nice and big. We loved our apartment. Bathrooms nicely designed. The master had a lovely sunken shower. Views of the ocean - magnificent. Kitchen nice and modern. The pool was really lovely though. The children had a gorgeous time. We also liked the “news.com” shop downstairs. Well equipped and had really good Pau and soft serve ice cream. Negatives : No washing machines - laundry cost was rm20 per load of wash, rm10 per load to dry. We went to the nearby laundromat. The lifts were super full at check in time that we waited very long (almost 30 minutes) just to get down to the ground floor to go out for lunch. Most of us decided to walk down the stairs (22floors) when lifts became too busy. Only 2 lifts. The 3rd lift was designated “staff only” Beach looked nice, but there was a pipe running down to the beach releasing some very smelly water - and that turned us off going to the beach anymore. Room cleaning happened once every 2 days and rubbish was a problem. We were told to put it at the lift but there it stayed till the next day.

Very happy stay. Similar with the photo in the website. We stay at 3 bedroom with 3 badroom. Big living room. And one room for ironing and area for . Complete Kitchen equipmen t to cook. there are also microwave and fridge.

Good location and value for money
Overall good. Except hotel should pay more attention to maintenance. Shower area clogged with water because floor trap full of hair inside. Maintenance team promptly came to fix the problem. Periodic cleaning of floor trap would be good. Floor was a little sticky but housekeeping was quick to rectify that. Quiet area. However the lift takes a long time to come up and down. Perhaps should allow guests to use all 3 lifts instead of only 2. Then it wld be much faster. Lifts usually wet due to guests not wiping off after swimming and immediately entering the lifts. Please put up signs in all the major languages so that people can understand that they need to towel dry before entering lifts. Not everyone can understand just one language.

Great rooms with beach view and well equipped kitchen. Lift often wet from guests using the pool which could represent a fall risk especially for elderly guests despite being frequently mopped. May be a good idea to place a heavy rug or some other means for guests to dry their feet before entering the lift. Also good to have a hose near the gate leading to the beach so that guests can wash their feet after visiting the beach and not bring sand back to the lobby and lift.

It might be the best apartment I ever stay. Listening to the sea while sleeping, is so relaxing. The apartment is very clean and nicely decro. Except for the slow check in and expensive laundry machine. Clean and dry cost RM 30. OVERALL EXCELLENT

This building situated beside clean private beach. The unit is big. Got all the things inside except rice cooker. Bed is very comfy. Swimming pool is awesome.

Rooms are so so noisy, I was staying in floor 11, it felt like cars and bikes where passing right in front the door, hard to sleep. it seemed to be a water tank behind the wall, it felt like if there was a shark fight or so. Despite the noise, and that they don’t provide breakfast, everything else was ok,
