“Definitley recommended”

Visiting our daughter and her husband based at Princess Royal Barracks. This new hotel is extremely convenient, right in the town centre within easy walking distance of good restaurants. Being new everything was in excellent condition, the rooms were lovely and roomy and the staff very obliging. Booking through Expedia saved us 30 euros per night plus INectar points so no complaints.

“Nice New Hotel”

This pretty new hotel was good value for money. Very clean, good spacious comfortable rooms. Decent spread of foods for the continental breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly and location was very central. Negatives include potentially expensive parking at 8 euro a day. I was only charged 1 day though (as my car stayed put for the whole stay maybe?). Airconditioning not switched on ( in room or dining area ). The only english TV channels were 24 hour news ( 4 out of 30 odd other channels). Bit poor when lots of UK families might use hotel to visit service personnel based nearby ( as we were doing)
