"Overall I would recommend this hotel. My cons: Safety wise you don’t need to tap a hotel key card to go up to the room floors. The “resort fee” is expensive and they don’t explain what is included or how to utilize it. For a four star hotel, they do not offer room service and the room is pretty bare bones. Not much aside from towels. However, the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The location is convenient for tourists. "

"This property is great if you want to be in walking distance to a lot of popular things. It was perfect walking distance to Maddison Sq garden to see a concert. Close to train/ subway station .. short walk to times sq .. even walked a little longer and reached Central Park .. city bike rentals all over the city .. lots of food options close by .. staff was friendly. Keep in mind your in the middle of a very busy city so you will hear noise all hours and see lots and it’s very busy in the city....
