Very comfortable bed. Con: the resort fee is a rip off.

The entrance of the hotel and the lobby is pretty. The location of the hotel is great... I went to different places around NYC walking, without taking a taxi or the train. A man that works in the hotel named Néstor was very kind; he helped me and my family before arriving to NY, then he received us and explained us a lot of things to do, see, go, use. He was polite. In the hotel there is a Starbucks place, and a woman named Isa was not so polite with me and my family... and with no reason. We are not from USA, and we speak English, but there are some things that we do not understand, so we asked for some things, and she was always in a hurry and not so welcoming; she was not so nice. On the other hand, the man from there, José, was really nice to us.
Adored this place! Everything was so clean and orderly, and the hotel staff was so nice and willing to help us with any problem we had!
The toilet paper was incredibly cheap, this hotel was a four-star hotel and the toilet paper was like a one-star hotel, it was disgusting. Also, I got charged 38 dollars per day for the internet, even though I chose the low-speed free network. There was a high-speed network that cost money but I decided I was not going to pay for the internet because I knew I was only going to use the hotel to sleep because of my busy scheduled in NY. If I used it one hour in those three days I stayed there was too much and got charged $38 per day, I am not going to stay in that hotel ever again. Angela
Room had everything we needed. Credit was nice as we could come back after a long day of exploring and get a drink or snack to end the day
