Nice hotel. Seven minute walk from Grand Central Station. My only issue, and it might have been me, is non access to the thermostat; the room was a little dry and warm for me. But that is just not picking. Great hotel otherwise

I arrived super early, so my room was understandably not read. Shanelle at the front desk was so kind, informative and professional. I received a text when my room was ready, which was very helpful since I was out & about. I typically stay at Hyatts when I go away and have never had a bad experience. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I’ll be back soon!

Beautiful little boutique hotel with very nice restaurant and bar. 7 min walk from Grand Central and 15 min walk from times square. Staff was great.

Great location. Not far from Times Square and Grand Central Station. Great dining options nearby and easy access to the subways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected in Midtown. Road noise was a bit of an issue, if that is important ask for a higher floor. However we found we got used to the noise pretty quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway to NYC. The only downfall about this hotel is that it has terrible lighting throughout the room. It was so dark.

Excellent stay. Our first night we had to move rooms because our AC was not working but Shanelle and Gregory helped us out and reimbursed us for the night. Great rooms, great showers, great beds. We will definitely be back.

Unbelievably inexpensive for the quality of the stay. Great beds. Amazing shower. We were able to walk to the Empire State Building, the Highline, Times Square and so many more places. The breakfast at the hotel is also fantastic!
