During the summer months, flights to New York can be busy with families taking advantage of the holidays to travel to the Big Apple. If you want to spend your days walking around the city streets and taking in the sights, the mild spring and autumn months could be the perfect time plan your trip.
January and February are generally the quietest months in the Big Apple. Although they’re also pretty chilly – the average high at this time of year is just 5˚C – the lack of crowds can make it easier to hunt for great deals in your favourite malls and find tickets for shows and sports games.
