"This will be our last stay at the Yotel. We’ve stayed there twice before. Issues started at check in. I made one reservation for 3 rooms. What a mess to untangle that. Then we got to our room and the lights didn’t work and the bed didn’t work. Back to reception. Moved us to another room where the bed didn’t work either, a light was burned out, and the phone and the safe didn’t work. But they said they didn’t have any more rooms. We stayed anyways, 2 nights. Then one of our room keys didn’t work and back to reception to get those replaced. The luggage robot was not working. And to top it all off, the bar and restaurant were closed. The whole place is looking run down and in great need of an all-over refresh."
