"Stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Very clean hotel and walkable to all of the attractions. Our ac went out in our room and the staff upgraded us to the Hudson View suite!!! Amazing. Staff was super friendly and came to find me at the rooftop bar Hudson Vu (which is also amazing) to inform me of the upgrade. 10/10 would definitely stay here again."
