The room was clean, spacious and very quiet considering the location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was we had no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which we did expect in a five star hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is surprisingly quiet being in the center of Time square. And needless to say, so convenient to get on the subways to explore anywhere in NYC. Staff were friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to stay there again for our next NYC trip.

It’s a fabulous hotel in Midtown Manhattan. It’s truly five star. The staff is fantastic. The restaurants are fantastic. The rooms couldn’t be nicer and more classy. I love this place. I’m frequent guest there every time I walk in. I feel like I’m at home when in New York, you must try this place out the only other place I recommend recommended the Regency.

Location is great for Times Square, MSG, Broadway. Not a luxury stay. But a cool hotel that is a little rundown in a great location. (Our toilet was wonky but got fixed, in room phones didn’t work, red stains on white linen, halls and adherent rooms were loud. Street noise always real).

All the staff were very friendly. Beautiful flower arrangements. Room service was very good! I will visit again. The beds were comfortable and they have turn down service! Located right in the heart of Times Square so you can walk to so many things.

Clean room, and most of the staff was very helpful. I had one guy at the front desk when I first arrived who was kind of rude, no eye contact.no welcome to our hotel…, but it's New York so no big deal. Overall, the gentlemen covering the door and other staff were very nice. Housekeeping was very on top of it. and kept the room very clean. I highly recommend this hotel!
