"The rooms in this hotel are quieter than others in the area. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I love both restaurants that you can access from the lobby. Water pressure was great and I didn't need to touch the thermostat in the room. Lobby is always a bit crazy but the staff does a great job managing the flow of traffic."

"We had a wonderful stay! Location was perfect, as we could walk to most of the places we planned to go to. We took the subway once & the station was a short walk away. Valet parking was inexpensive and I was glad I didn't have to park my truck myself! I was a bit worried about the AC, as I read a lot of reviews beforehand complaining about it, but we had no issues. We did experience the elevator wait times but, honestly, as long as we avoided peak times and gave ourselves plenty of time, it wasn't a deal-breaker for me. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We went up to the lounge one night, which was very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was relatively spacious for a New York hotel. Lovely bathroom and courteous staff. The best part is the incredible location. Just a 7 minute walk to Lincoln Center and close to Central Park. We will definitely stay there again. "
