This was our second stay at this hotel in a year, I my opinion this is the best location to stay in NYC! The hotel is close enough to Times Square yet far enough away that you don’t get the crowds and noise. There are amazing restaurants a stone’s throw away, Central Park is just a few blocks away, Broadway is just a block away and the subway station is right outside the hotel. We would definitely stay again!

We loved this hotel. It was perfect location for every thing we like to do in NYC. Staff was amazing. The gentleman who helped us was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. The Starbucks inside has limited items but was great. We paid for view rooms and it was beautiful. We also did the connecting suite for my husband and I and then our kids which was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a wondersful experience. The breakfast at Hudson was very popular and the staff did a great job even though there was a wrap around line. All employees that I encountered were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was nice, the parking is $85 a day which is outrageous, the line to check in was extremely long not enough people working. The elevators take forever to get you to your room you have to wait a good while, the only good things were the bed were comfy even though the rooms are small and the breakfast was very good.

The safe in the room didn’t work. The sheets were dirty, No mini fridge. Their standard double beds are two needs but they are twin size beds. The location odd good to hit subways and tourist sites.
