"Rooms very nice - clean and modern. Great and quick hot water pressure even on 14th floor. One of the two main elevators not working, but there is two others, but none very quick. Housekeeping was great and quick on our requests, as was maintenance for the non-functioning remote. Friendly front desk staff. Small fyi that they do not have umbrellas to loan on rainy days (not sure if hotels do that or just shown in Hollywood movies)"

"Perfect location within easy walking distance to several Broadway theaters. The interior could some tlc but overall felt that our room was clean. For the most part didn’t hear much exterior city noise but there was some loud music from a club or something we could hear from our room for part of the night. Would choose to stay here again. "
