"this would be a greathotel except when we were there the elevators were disfunctional. We were on the 11th floor. one elevator was just closed. The second elevator worked, but the call button didnt, so you had to get lucky that it would stop for you. There were two service levators thatworked,mostlybut took forever to get to the floor and half the time were completelypacked when it did. Several times, we just hoofed it down the stairs, but our day plans definitely tried to limit anything that involved the elevators. everything else was great and would have given it a much higher score if this wasnt the case, Staff seemed oblivious that there was a problem…no explanations, not apologies…"
