"Our stay in NYC was really good because of this hotel. Im not really a person who’s full on on what the hotel has (amenities-wise) because at the end of the day, it’s just a place where I will be sleeping in after 20k+ steps in the city. What really matters to me is the experience and I could definitely say that the staff are very hands-on and accommodating! I couldn’t stress that enough! Every single one of the staff has been nothing but great! Special mention to Jessie who has been fabulously amazing at her job! I didn’t get the other’s names but like what I said everybody is fantastic! We will definitely recommend and come back! "
