The hotel is convenient to Times Square and Broadway; it's directly across the street from Birdland. Staff are friendly and helpful. It does get pretty crowded during breakfast, but the wait wasn't terrible and there was always plenty of food with several hot and cold options to choose from. The single elevator does get fairly busy at times, but it was never too bad. Rooms are cozy, but the size could become an issue if you have more than a couple of suitcases. They made good use of the available space, but as you'd expect there's not a lot of storage. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

The employees of this hotel are very friendly and explain like what the deposit working and the process. The room is clean and comfortable. Water is warm and we have a really nice sleep.
