Very spacious condo and easy check-in process. The condo was clean and had more than enough space for the three of us. There was even a massage chair! The check-in process was easy and it was only a 7-minute drive from the station - I would recommend getting the address in Japanese though if getting a taxi because it was difficult to translate. The condo itself is close within walking distance to many restaurants and the Brick Warehouses which was great. Only issue was there was no elevator so carrying our heavy luggage up the stairs was a bit of a struggle but nothing too bad. Overall we had a great stay!

Large space, lots of windows for natural light. Plenty of restaurants nearby and within a quick walk to the ropeway and Bay Area. Very clean, and easy to check in and out even for an American with almost no Japanese

Excellent stay and near attractions
Convenient to walk to most attraction like Kanemori warehouse, ropeway to Mt Hakodate and Motomachi. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful!

The property was in an excellent area to explore the historic area of Hakodate. The property is so well maintained it looked brand new and the apartment was large and spacious. Also the apartment had great amenities including a washing machine and Netflix. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Very clean and nice property. The gentleman at the concierge was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Convenience stores are 5 mins away and so are the tram and bus stops.

We are happy about overall condition but the only set back is there no lift within the building making it hard for travelers with big and heavy luggage

思ったより広くて、きれいで快適でした。口コミにあったように部屋着が見つからず、受付のアメニティの所にあったので初めに説明があれぼいいなと思いました。あと、ベットの下に空のペットバトルが落ちていました。それ以外はとても快適でこちらを利用してよかったです。

很棒的住宿體驗
優點:離金森倉庫及函館山很近,房間很大,有冰箱,微波盧,可以開伙,設備都很新,很乾淨,很棒,會再選擇入住. 缺點:唯一的遺憾就是沒有電梯,然後櫃台都沒有看到服務員.

車での移動でしたが駐車場もあり（有料）部屋は清潔で明るく快適でした。台所には必要な物が揃っていたし、洗濯機に乾燥機もあり、シャンプー、リンス、ドライヤー完備。犬用の備品はありませんが、持参していたので問題無し。 快適でした。ただ、エレベーターが無いのが残念でした。

一番広い201号室に大人4名子供1名で宿泊しました。 寝室はダブルベッドの部屋とツインの部屋、そして広々とした和室があるので乳児は和室に布団を敷いて添い寝ができたので安心して眠れました。 函館の西部地区を散策するにはアクセスは最高でロープウェイ駅までは徒歩5〜6分、金森倉庫に徒歩10分と歩いてゆっくり観光ができます。

駐車場は 少し狭いので 注意しながら駐車しないといけないです 部屋は びっくりするくらいの広さで 設備 清潔感 インテリア など とても気に入りました フロントの方は 1人で働いておられるようですが とても親切です

立地最高
函館ロープウェイ乗り場から歩いて5分程の場所に立地しているため、 夜景を見終わってすぐにホテルに戻ることができ大満足です。 部屋は広々としていて静かで快適でした。

二樓只有樓梯，沒有房間。房間內的隔音設備不好，廁所也只有一間，但是服務人員態度很好，不會英文的也會使用翻譯機來溝通，這點很好。

優點是地方好大, 缺點是只有一個洗手間, 如果住了10個人, 洗手間一家不夠吧! 另外是相片是有兩層高, 最期待的是可以上下兩層住或走動, 誰知道原來上層只有一個開不到的天台門, 沒有特別, 這個價錢不值得, 除了地方大外, 想不到還有什麼值得住呢.....

地點不錯，距離地面電車很近，走路五分鐘有間小超市，房間很新，設備也很新，但是油鹽醬醋以及菜瓜布必須自備，沒有4人以上使用的大鍋子，我們住二樓但沒有電梯，搬行李很累但一樓而以還可以接受，附近較少餐廳，曬衣架太小，員工很少且幾乎不在櫃台。
