“Won't book again”

We had to change rooms to get AC that worked. Most staff were pleasant except clerk that checked us in mis-read our reservation for 3 nights not 2 and would not calculate a third person in the room. Ice machine did work well and we had a fridge and microwave oven in the room. Continental breakfast was almost non-existent. We will spend more rather than use this chain again unless there are 4 stars for the location.
