“suburb base camp”

Hotel was fairly empty because of season. The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel food was expensive and limited.

girls on reception were very helpful and answered all questions regarding local area. Noise from room above was unacceptable, like there were elephants in it when someone walked around. Cooked Breakfast was 10 minutes late coming out of the kitchen

Convenient for me on this occasion but little else to recommend the hotel. Attention to detail was poor, e.g no kettle in the room and still wasn't there by the time I'd left, despite asking. Breakfast was spoilt by tepid bacon and sausages and stewed coffee. I had to ask for several things.
