Room 912 was not clean at all. Even on the room door there are some dirt. Underneath the bed, the lavatory and the bed cloth were all dirty as well. The smell in the room let me think that this was a smoking room until not long ago. Also worth to mention that there is no room servie every day- only every second day. Overall, unfortunately by far my worst hotel experience in Japan.

Convenience in Hiroshima
Location was great and close to the train station and services. Hotel staff were kind, friendly, and spoke English. Property was older but clean, safe, and comfortable. My room had panoramic views of the river, mountains, and city. I will return.

Very close to Hiroshima station and easy to move to other places using Hiroshima tram and buses. Convenient to shop with various super-mall and other superstore nearby the hotel.

A no frills business hotel
A no-frills business hotel. If you're only in town for a day or two, this hotel is perfectly fine. It's close to the station, it's clean and you have a bed and shower/bath. I found the layout of the room a little peculiar in that the desk was quite separate from the rest of the room, tucked in its own corner, but that really doesn't matter. If you're looking for more comfort, look elsewhere, but if you're only here to sleep it'll serve your needs well.

Good location for transport hub
This hotel is very convenient for the station and bus connections. It is basic but good and typical of a Japanese business hotel. Good for a short stay.

Pack ear plugs! The hotel is situated by a couple of busy motorways and they have single paned windows. I had trouble hearing the room tv, which was only a few feet from my head, over the noise of the traffic outside. Otherwise the room was a bit small but would be ok for two people with one bag. The hotel is a bit worn but the room was clean. The staff was friendly but didnt speak much English. The location was convenient and super close to the train station.

Tiny rooms, but conveniently close to train
The room was a lot smaller than expected. The walls looked like they had had holes and were poorly patched up with wallpaper. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The fridge was not on when we arrived so we had to wait for it to cool down before we could store our food. The only thing I liked about this place was that it was a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station.

This is a no frills hotel, that is well located near Hiroshima station. I accidentally selected a smoking room and was not able to change due to the current occupancy. Please make sure, when reviewing your hotels.com order, you confirm your request. Based on my type of travel and needs, if I were to stay here again, I would reserve a larger room (as a solo traveler). Also, I would limit my stay to two days. The s is a Japanese business hotel.

Very nice stay.
I’m very happy with my stay. Although the hotel is not new, the location is excellent. Only a few mins from Hiroshima station. The room has everything that you need - WiFi, TV, kettle, slippers, pyjama, toiletries and towel. The bed is comfy too.

These are the reasons I booked this hotel and enjoyed my stay 1. Conviently located 5 minute walk from Hiroshima Station/Shinkansen. 2. Elevator access to each floor. Layout is clearly marked. Room was exactly as described. 3. Room is small, but perfect for one adult with a large suitcase (In my case I have a 36in bag) or 2 adults with smaller bags. 4. Bed was comfortable and clean. Temperature for early November was warmer in the room than I wanted it to be, but that was easily remedied by opening the window. The window led to a narrow space between my hotel room and the next building, so it’s less of a view than just a way to let fresh, cool air inside. The A/C was disabled because of the season. 5. Bathroom was small, but it came with all the amenities you’d expect, including full sized shampoo etc. . The bathroom is the type you’d find on an airplane, but with a full sized shower tub. I could hear whenever my neighbors stepped into their bathroom because of the loud creaking sound each bathroom module made. 6. The majority of the room was sparkling clean, however I did find one long hair in the bathroom that was there as soon as I arrived. It was mostly likely from the maid, so I did not care. The rest was very clean. 7. Many convenience stores nearby are open 24hrs so you are always able to find food nearby and bring it back to the room to store in the mini-fridge. 8. I did not eat or purchase the breakfast they had as it cost 800¥ 9. Staff were polite

The location and price are the tow thing this hotel has going for it. Close to the station and cheap. The hotel rooms were tight with little storage space and the bathrooms were small. While the hotel was clean it looks worn. The staff are friendly and helpful and given it is a two star hotel you are getting what you pay for and I have stayed in worse places. While it was OK as a family with an 11 and 14 year old the tow rooms we had while on the same floor were separated by a good distance which would not be ideal with younger children.

Handy Hotel To Transport
Great location close to Hiroshima station JR (walking distance dragging suit cases), buses and street cars. Shopping also close by. Staff had reasonable English and were friendly and helpful. Room was small as is the norm for Japan. Wifi was ok most of the time, no English tv channels. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
