Front lobby staff are vigilant and have the upmost concern for guest safety, always someone monitoring the front doors and drop off/pick up locations in front circle. Always felt safe here. The fitness centre was modern and surprisingly spacious for a hotel gym with free weights area. "

A little inconvinent with them fixing the parking lot during our stay (temporary) but overall great location for universal. They have a shuttle service normally, but due to them fixing the pavement, it was suspended for the day we were there"
