“Most enjoyable hotel stay ever”
I was impressed with everything about this hotel. The location is perfect - easy access to highways, Galleria, downtown, and in a beautiful and safe area of Houston. From the time you pull into the parking lot, you are greeted with southern hospitality and simple elegance. All the rooms face the beautiful atrium, and with 2 side-by-side glass elevators servicing only 6 floors, the wait is never long. My King Suite was perfect - small gathering area with pull-out sofa, mini-bar and separate bedroom, plus 2 large flat-screen TV's. Although I was solo this trip, a family would appreciate the space and separate sleeping areas. The hot breakfast buffet is outstanding - best one I've ever had at a hotel - and it was FREE! Made-to-order omelets and pancakes, hot meats, potatoes and eggs if you don't want to wait, plus all the cold items you'd expect, and Starbucks coffee:) I didn't get to use the pool/spa/fitness facilities, but they looked beautiful and were easily accessible to the atrium. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at the Embassy Suites Galleria

Great hotel! Breakfast was great, rooms very clean. I wish that there was no parking fee.

This hotel is great for families and is SO accomodating. The check-in staff could have been a little friendlier at check in but the stay was wonderful!

Loved this hotel, the ONLY problem I had was the bed was just to comfortable I slept so good I didn't wanna get out of bed. Lots of nice places to eat, bars & the galleria all walking distance

I was very sastified with the hotel. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. I will definitely stay there again.
“Houston's big shopping experience”
It took just over 30 mins from George Bush airport at Houston to the hotel by taxi. The hotel was very clean, bright and airy. The rooms are typical of Embassy Suites: a bedroom with large TV, a bathroom with bath/shower, and a lounge with another large TV, fridge and microwave. There is no safe in the room but they do have these free of charge behind the ground floor reception. The cooked breakfasts are great and the evening drinks (premium brands available) from 5.30pm-7.30pm are a good way to meet fellow guests. We used the hot tub one morning, which was warm but just not hot enough. The swimming pool is quite small. The hotel is very centrally placed for the Galleria mall - just a 3 min walk through the car park. The shopping in Houston is extensive and there are lots of large malls, though not great if you don’t have a car. The concierge at the hotel was quite shocked when we said we were going to travel around by bus. We visited Memorial City Mall, spending the entire day there. It was only around 35 mins from the hotel via 2 buses, providing the connections worked. We had to wait 25 mins for the connecting bus back, which made the journey somewhat longer. Both Memorial City and Galleria Malls had ice skating rinks. Nice restaurants close to the hotel and within the Embassy's free 3 mile transport bus. Would definitely recommend for a short shopping visit, but won't bother to go back as once is enough.
“Wonderful Experience”
We loved our visit at Embassy. It was so large and spacious! It was only my wife and I, but in our future trips with our children, we will definitely use Embassy!!
“Wifi”
The only thing i did not like about this Hotel is the fact that i had to pay for the Internet. I think that if you pay that much for a night at an expensive Hotel like the Embassy they could at least offer Free WiFi
