“Fine but a little out of the way”

This proved to be a lovely resort on a lovely beach and the service was excellent. It is situated between Hua Hin and Cha-Am so luckily I had a rental car to make it a bit easier to visit town at night for the markets and nightlife. The shops outside and the lakefront section of the hotel were closed and undergoing renovations but this only affected the aesthetics of the place and not the practicalities. The lobby, pools and garden areas are first class and there is a good security staff present for your safety.

“OK for the price”

Very nice reception area but reception staff not as helpful as elsewhere. Rooms a little dated with grouting needing redone in shower but cleaners did their best. Very close to lots of restuarants and shops, etc. Nice touch that left minibar empty so you could use fridge for drinks bought elsewhere.

“Not impressed”

Hotel looks nice, but lacks atmosphere. Service in restaurants is great but other then that you should not expect anything from the hotel staff. The beach is almost non-existent, because the curents are to strong so you have to swim in the pools. At check out, staff tried to charge again for the rooms, which were allready payed for.

“Third rate hotel trying to pass off as second rate”

Mediocre food, service and rooms. Hotel makes every attempt to run up the bill but no attempt to cater to the guests' needs. Very disappointed.
