“Rude check out service”
As usual my stay at the AmericInn was excellent, but the check out service was below par. "Wow" the receptionist was rude when i was trying to ask one simple question.
“Wonderful place!!”
This is a terrific surprise in a little town. Close to dining and I was surprised to find a WalMart right down the street. I stayed a week and was extremely satisfied with everything and will go back!!
“Pleasantly Surprised”
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I'd looked at the star rating and reviews before booking. Since the star rating was a 2 1/2 I didn't expect to much. I expected it to be an old place that would work for the night but not very nice. Boy was I surprised when we arrived. Our room was clean, modern and large. I commented to my husband that the pictures didn't do it justice. I can't comment on the breakfast since we slept late and missed it but we did find a nice cafe in town that topped off this weekend trip nicely. If we come to New Richmond again I won't even bother looking around and will just book a room here.

“Great Stay!”
We truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and the pool was a bonus. The staff was very nice. Will definitely stay again, if in the area!
“Visit to Friends in a small town”
Our friends lived in Amery, so we decided to stay at this motel. The motel was satisfactory. Our son loved the pool, even though the pool was rather small. The continental breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is not fancy, but it does the job.

Helpful staff. Neat and clean. Bathroom a bit small for 3-4 folks staying in one room. Would recommend though.
“New Richmond WI”
First review of Hotels in this area were only 2 stars, so I was pleasantly surprised when I finally did get check in and the room was large, clean and had all the comforts you could need like frig and microwave. There is a limit selection of hotels in the area but I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone that will be staying in the new Richmond WI area.
“Not impressed, but one of only a few iplaces to stay in town”
Gave us room behind swimming pool so we had noise most of the time.
