"The hotel locates 8-10 minute walking distance to Vienna Central Station as well as nearby the tram line. Sound insulation is perfect. The only drawback is the comfort. The mattress is too hard (for me even though I like to sleep on a hard mattress) and the mattress is not comfortable: the middle of the mattress feels higher than the sides of the mattress, causing one to slip to the sides. Breakfast is served in a nice, spacious area, and is very good. I would have given 9/10 if the system...

"We loved out stay at the Hotel Rathauspark. It is ideally situated, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were superbly friendly and helpful. Even though a part of the facility was undergoing renovation we did not experience noise or inconvenience, except that the lounge area was not available. Breakfast was sumptuous. Staff is amazing and really helpful and hotel itself is great with clean good size rooms and a nice common area with cozy sitting. Me and my wife did a semi staycation and wifi and surrounding were just ideal for that. Only improvement they can have is that they should add a small restaurant which can serve food in lunch and dinner times and also add some more vegetarian options in breakfast buffet"
