Staff used to be courteous. During this visit, I felt that they were not helpful. Since my wife and I booked a room, I requested for to 2 key cards. The gentleman who was at the registration, declined without any explanation. I requested the person who brought my luggage, to show me how to work TV remote. He tried for a couple of minutes, and said that he would send somebody to help me. But, no body came. I know. It was a trivial issue. But, it cann effect customer satisfaction.
