“Wonderful Hotel”
Great hotel, wonderful staff, and the free deluxe continental breakfast was fantastic. The exercise room was a little small, but clean. The hot tub was not up to standard, they need to replace it, very loud noise when you turn it on. The pool was fine. Very convenient to Hwy. and shopping and restaurants were close. Had a great time! We were there for the Final 4 and our team, Duke, won!
“Great hotel, very clean”
I stayed 4 nights at the Holiday Inn and had a great experience. The hotel seems to be fairly new, very well kept, room was very clean. Since I was on a business trip, it was very convinient having breakfast available every morning in the lobby. There was always fresh coffee brewed and there was a nice assortment of breakfast. I will definately stay here again on my next trip to Indy!!

Thought hotel was very nice. Had a small issue with bathroom and but staff took to care of problem immediately. Very relaxing. Enjoyed our short stay. A
“Stayed for NCAA Basketball tournament -”
Only disappointment was upon leaving, we requested a taxi be called, and instead of a 15-20 minute wait for the cab to arrive, it took a full 45 minutes, which made us nervous for making our flight. This wasn't directly the hotel's fault - but taxi service can be a bit sketchy this far out. It would be nice if during the basketball tournament, the city of Indianapolis arranged for some types of shuttles to the hotels outside the center of the city.

“Holiday Inn Express North Indianapolis”
Booked the hotel for a last minute trip to the Drum Corps International World Championships in Indy. Have stayed at Holiday Inn Express locations elsewhere and this one meets their high standard of service, considering it is primarily a business traveller hotel chain. Would stay there again, and just may next year for the Finals.
“Not for your buck”
The hotel is clean. The rooms are not as clean and not so comfortable. It is old and in a decadent neighborhood. Breakfast is average and coffee is bad. Service is good though. Staff was very courteous and friendly; always willing to help out.
