“I'd go there again.”

The hotel staff was the best part. It was busy and I had to ask for help twice. Each time the front desk person was extremely helpful.

“Fantastic Value”

I have stayed here several times- every time it has been a great value. Relatively large rooms (for Bay Area), very close to BART and the airport, free parking, and a hot breakfast. Rooms are fine. Noise was not really an issue. If you live the the Bay Area, you can park and fly there- free parking for an overnight stay, which may pay for itself.

“Good, clean, convenient, budget motel!”

Great for overnight stay to catch a flight out of Indy. We have stayed there 10 or more times over the years. Good full breakfast. Nice, clean, updated rooms. Close to airport. Shuttle is fast, friendly, and works 24 hours.

“Clean hotel”

I always read the Expedia comments before booking a hotel because I'm very picky when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel room. This was a nice and clean place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

“Great hotel, Great price”

Our family stayed 2 nights here and had a comfortable stay. The kids (1 and 4) liked the pool, the breakfast, the non-smoking floors, the complimentary toiletries (each got their own comb) and the friendly people. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the fridge and microwave in our room. The indoor pool is the only one I could find for an airport hotel and was fine for us and the kids. The rooms had a table and chairs too so we could bring breakfast back for the kids to eat in the room. The breakfast included breads and cereals, pastries, hard cooked eggs, juices and bagels.

“Perfect for Indianapolis”

“Great hotel for the price”

Will most likely return and visit this same hotel again. I have stayed in several hotels for this price range and Quality INN rated very well. Hallways were clean, Room was clean. Washcloths were even soft. Great deluxe continental breakfast. Loved the self serve waffle maker. Only area which I recognized as needing improvement was the front desk seemed to be understaffed. One person at front desk, who was on phone for lengthly period of time. I was second guest waiting in line. Not exceptionally long period to wait, however remembered seeing this noted on prior review. OVERALL GREAT STAY. Will definitely stay again.

“Great, friendly service!”

We traveled with another family and basically had a "gaggle of girls". The hotel staff helped us find the right room situation and helped us have a wonderful stay. Laundry facilities were helpful and the towels were plentiful in the pool area. The staff made it even better!
