They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "
