“Hotel was Ho-Hum”

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was generally pleasant. However, we only had hot water for showers about half of the time and the walls are not sound-proofed. So, noise from the street and our nearest neighbors was bad. The safe didn't work so they replaced it after we complained and the advertised exercise room was closed. So, oveall it was a pretty mediocre place to stay, considering we payed "top dollar". But maybe that's as good as it gets in Iquitos.
