"The hosts were amazing. Totally went above and beyond! I was offered to be driven to Omurayama. They also offered to drive me back but I opted for the bus (for the experience!) Also, I was super impressed by one of the female workers speaking so many languages! I'm also a super picky eater but the traditional breakfast was amazing. Last but not least, when I checked out I was given the offer to drive me to the station. They're just such lovely and kind people!"

"We had a Japanese style room with a private hot spring tub in the courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. The hot spring temperature is just perfect and enjoyable. We arrived very late to the hotel and missed our dinner. The breakfast was served in our room by two very friendly Japanese ladies. Staff speak very very little English but they use an interpreter online to assist guests. They provide courtesy shuttle to the train station."
