Loved having the Onsen inside my room. Dip at my leisure. Room was large and comfortable. Air conditioning was on point as the entire property is temp controlled so it was set cool enough for after some hot dipping. Loved it

Wish I could stay here for another night!
This is a nice ryokan in Ito which is less than 5 mins walk from train station. It has a nice and cozy lobby and staffs greet you at entrance. The Japanese room has a nice window with the view of local houses. Dinner is served as a delicious 8-course Kaiseki set and breakfast is served at restaurant as self-served buffet style (Western and Japanese selection available). Onsen is huge and even have a small outdoor option.

Fabulous stay
The hotel is a short walk from train station. The room with private onsen is big and comfortable. Easy access to food, supermarket and convenience store.

Unless u speak japanese n know the area, don’t visit. Room n facilities ok but views nothing to shout about. Food mediocre. For that price, many other places better than this one! Even 1 additional bottle of water was declined n we were directed to vending machine!!0

温泉がとにかくいい
部屋も広々快適で、温泉旅館にきた！って思わせてくれる部屋でした。温泉は家族風呂が３つもあったので、お風呂にいくたびに使ってました。寒い日でマラソン後だったので、身体の芯から暖まり、疲れがどっと放出されました。温泉の翌日はすっきり疲れが取れてました！夕食時には夫がアレルギーあるものが含まれており、配膳されてしまったタイミングでいったのにもかかわらず、迅速に他のものに交換してくださいました。本当に感謝です。

気に入りました！また絶対利用したいと思います。お部屋は広く綺麗で快適でした。プレミアルームでお部屋に付いているお風呂は十分な大きさ。大人2人で入っても余裕でした♪子供が寝静まってから何度も入ってしまいました！朝食会場では赤ちゃんを寝かせられるハイローチェアもありゆっくり朝食を楽しめました！

Pleasant and nice hotel in Ito area. Free hotel parking is always a plus. Will definitely suggest booking room with private hotel tub and totally worth paying for it.

A fantastic getaway. A trip down to Izu peninsula is a common adventure for most in the Tokyo area, however the choice between towns isn’t always clear. This property takes away any concern. You can spend the entire trip in the luxury of the hotel or venture out to see the small city of Ito. A rich history of European visitors and access to the mountains within 5 minutes drive. The staff was very friendly, always quick to help. The dining was great. We only ate the breakfast, but it was fantastic! Options for both Easter and Western appetites. Love this hotel, would absolutely come back again. You can’t beat the Onsen options here, especially when you get one in your room.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The service was the best.. we barely spoke any Japanese and they were still so helpful. The extra amenities of umbrellas, public baths, and restaurant were great. It also helped that the room itself was spectacular: a mix between western and traditional Japanese, not to mention the private bath was AMAZING. The views were stunning and the surrounding area was so rich in culture. Would definitely recommend.

A 5-min walk from Ito Station. If you don't mind exploring, you'll find many good local restaurants in the neighborhood. A few of them require bookings. The hotel is clean & has a traditional & modern feel. Our room has an indoor hot bath which makes it very convenient to us. It also has 2 Western twin beds & a big tatami room uses as a sitting area during the day. The hotel has a public foot bath located at the courtyard & public baths for their guests. Breakfast starts at 7am till 9am. Good amount of varieties to choose from.

Nice hotel but not a good value
Overall the hotel was average however I expected free breakfast as under "included amenities" it said "full breakfast" but found out onsite that breakfast was not included. In fact it was 27,000 yen more per person (54,000 in total) and the room and location alone was not worth the steep cost we paid.
