“Good”
Nice hotel - comfortable stay

loved the room. felt like a small apartment. my daughter had a blast in the pool. loved the location.
“Enjoyed.”
The stay was enjoyable. A neighboring room contained 2 sometimes yappy dogs who also sometimes "leaked" on the hall carpeting. The cooking odors in the hallways were repulsive. One night we had to leave our room they became so overwhelming. The staff was cooperative and nice. The breakfast was not as advertised. Fruit and pastry was not accurate. Only once did we see any fruit and then it was oranges. The surrounding area was very nice and convenient to the things we like.
“Extended Stay Deerpark”
Hotel was a good value for the price. The room had everything advertised including kitchen amenities. The room was clean and the staff attentive and helpful. About the only drawback was the limited breakfast menu that left a lot to be desired and was typically closed before 9 am. In all, I would recommend this hotel for the price.

The room was clean, the environment around it clean. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay, my kids really enjoyed the poolside view.. The complete kitchen was thoroughly used and enjoyed, everything was really clean.. My only very small issue was the pull out sofa bed did not have a sheet or blanket readily accessible in the room and I was not aware that breakfast was not served on the weedends, that was a bummer, otherwise; our stay was great!!!!!!!
“Front desk”
Front desk staff was rude when we checked in and stated that we would have to pay him 10-15$ more if we wanted a late check out. We asked about towels the next day and the front desk staff acted as if we should know that towels are only brought once a week when the room was cleaned.
“Will Consider Again”
There were three issues. We had coffee the first night, but after that it wasn't available. Luckily I had brought my own and the manager found some filters. The shower was stuck on "ON", but I didn't bring it up till the night before we left. Just didn't want the disruption of a maintenance person coming in. Between the noise from the air conditioner and the refrigerator - it was loud. BUT, my husband will be getting a kidney transplant, and we will have to stay for a month. I will consider staying here again because it is very pet friendly. The problems that we had were insigificant for the money.
“Impressed”
This was a 4 day/night trip, and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the beds, and the roominess of the room. The price was right ,and they provided us with a free shuttle to place we needed to go for our business!
“Please move the smoking Area !”
The only complaint I have is that they have two large ash trays at the entrance.. When you enter and exit it is thorogh a cloud of smoke ! It would be great if they found another place for the smokers to congregate. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay. They even had stainless steel cookware in the kitchen !
