*Disclaimer* I was at this property on Memorial Day weekend, so there were a number of patrons. Inside: The property had trash everywhere. The receptacles were overflowing and my floor had several trashbags near a trashcan that did not move during my stay (I think they multiplied). My room smelled like bug spray, but I didn't see any bugs so maybe it is how the cleaning supplies smell. I did book last minute, as I was on a road trip, but there were towels from the previous patron still in the room (hanging on the back of the door; I guess they just added the new towels and didn't look back there). There was also a towel hanging near the sink that was either used or had a gnarly stain on it. The kitchenette was very small, but it did function. And their free breakfast did smell good and the people I passed looked happy with their waffles and coffee. Outside: This hotel is next to a shopping center and apartment complex; it is hard to figure out where to enter and how to get out. It almost feels like you are on your way to make a delivery. However, the proximity to the shopping center also means that you are close to a grocery store, many dining options, and multiple retailers of every kind.

We have some issues about cleaning the room, they forgot to do it for several days. After claiming it, it was solved. One weird thing, we left some papers over a table, and it seems they believed it to be trash, because after cleaning the room we didn’t have those things, so I believe it was throw to the trash, I thought they would not touch what is not in the floor or in the trash can… This papers were empty amazon envelopes, and some cards of the things we bought… actually it was trash… but i wanted to use it to envelope some things… but aftere cleaning were not there anymore. Not a big issue.
